The Burrell Observatory is proud to host an open house program on Friday, September 13 at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Geoffrey A. Landis will present a lecture on Exploring Mars in the Center for Innovation and Growth. Dr. Landis is a scientist at the NASA Glenn Research Center, where he does work on Mars and Venus missions, solar energy, and interstellar propulsion. He worked on the Mars Pathfinder mission, and is currently part of the science team for the Mars Exploration Rovers mission.

After the lecture the Burrell Observatory will be open for viewing weather permitting. Dr. Landis will also be available for book signing.

This is a free lecture and no reservations are required.
